How to set proxy setting on Google chrome ?

Google Chrome uses the same connection and proxy settings as Windows. Changing these settings affects Google Chrome as well as Internet Explorer and other Windows programs.

To set up or change network connections, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click “Customize and Control Google Chrome” menu.

Step 2: Click “Options” button

Step 3: Under “Google Chrome Options” window select ‘Under the Hood” tab.

Step 4: In the ‘Network’ section, click the “Change proxy settings” button.

Step 5: Under “Internet Properties” window click “Lan settings” button

Step 6: Under “Local Area Network (LAN) Settings” window click on the Proxy server for your LAN” and enter your proxy settings.

Step 7: Click OK and Apply to save the settings.
